If you are having issues logging into your client portal, please follow the directions below.
Click on Payment Portal under resources or at the top of the home page (https://www.clientaxcess.com/#/login). This will bring you to the log in screen.
Your username is your email address that we have on file. If you are unsure of what email we have on file, please call our office.
If you don’t remember your password:
Once you have typed in your email address as your username, you will need to click on “forgot password”. This will send a temporary password to your email address (check your junk/spam folder). Then, use this temporary password to log into the portal. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password of your choice. We do not keep passwords or have access to your password for security purposes.
